The bed structure of wood mold engraving machine is divided into two forms: integral type and split type. For the wood mold engraving machine below 2040 size, it can be made into an integrated bed. As for similar machines of 2550 and 3050, only split bed can be used, because there is no such large size truck to transport. The one-piece bed is covered with a layer of welded square tube and a layer of PVC board on the top. If you are making a foam mold, it is better to lay a layer of steel on it, because the foam mold is mainly fixed by magnets. If you are making wood molds, the steel plate does not need to be laid. The split bed is a bed support on both sides, the work surface and the gantry beam are separated, and the work surface is integrally cast. 3050 wood mold engraving machine, the weight of the table can reach 7 tons! The ordinary engraving machine body is only welded with steel plates.
