Yes, we offer intelligent and compatible software with machine, so it will be more convenient to operate machine.

What’s the payment terms?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) , L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, PAYPAL, MoneyGram etc.

How can I get the consumable parts or accessories?
We will offer some accessories as standard parts. Customer could buy some as spare together with machine, or buy it at local or from us in the future.

What’s the machine training?
Customer could get free training at our factory; or we can assign technician arrive at customer’s place for the training at some charge, include accommodation, food, tickets,etc.
