How should the front spindle of a wood mold machining center be debugged?
The spindle is the most important part of the wood mold machining center. The reasonable use of the spindle can greatly improve the service life of the machine. The following are precautions for spindle use.
1. The first use of the electric spindle must be run-in from the lowest allowable speed before cutting at high speed. After 30 minutes, the number of steps is 1500 rpm / grading difference, and each gear is run-in for 20 minutes up to the maximum speed. The reason for this operation is: during the storage and transportation of the spindle, the state of high-speed grease inside the bearing will change,
2. The main shaft uses an air seal. The air source must pass through an oil-water separator and a drying filter before use. The air pressure is 0.1-0.15MPa and the filtration accuracy is 5um, otherwise it will cause bearing damage.
3. The water-cooled spindle cooling water must use a water cooler, and the temperature is controlled at 22 ℃ -25 ℃.
The industrial chiller is most welcomed by customers of wood mold processing centers. It has two working modes: constant temperature and intelligent temperature adjustment. The intelligent temperature control mode can be adjusted to the corresponding water temperature as the temperature changes. No need to worry about the adjustment of the water temperature during the season.
4. When clamping the tool, the collet, nut, and inner taper hole must be cleaned to avoid affecting the accuracy. The tool holder must be inserted into the collet more than 15mm.
