1) The cnc router machine is equipped with oscillating knife and CCD camera. Specifically for cutting KT boards. There is another spindle cutting head next to the oscillating knife and CCD, which is used to cut advertising boards such as wood plywood acrylic and MDF etc.
2) This oscillating knife cutting cnc router machine is equipped with 6 vacuum zones and 12 vacuum holes. Vacuum adsorption can absorb the advertising board and make the board more stable, achieve the good cutting effect.
3) The oscillating knife cutting machine supports NC, eng, dxf and other formats of files, and can make cutting, engraving, drilling, and milling all in one machine.
4) There are special seprated control system, spindle cutting and oscillating knife cutting can be operated conveniently.
5) CCD camera system is suitable for cutting trademarks, pictures, etc with intelligent recognition. The recognition and cutting speed is fast, and the operation is simple and convenient.
6) Scan the MARK point in the picture before cutting. The four corners of the picture need to be marked when the picture is printed. The marking point is positioned through the CCD vision system, automatically calculate the size and position of the oscillating knife cutting.
