Polyron Machining Center is a non-metal CNC machine tool used to process Polylon foam molds. Today we mainly understand what external factors affect the performance of Polyron machining centers.

1. Ambient temperature. The operating temperature of the equipment is generally -20 ~ + 40 ℃. If the ambient temperature range is different, it is required to indicate on the nameplate and calculate the maximum surface temperature of the equipment based on the highest ambient temperature. This affects the performance of the control system and the performance of the drive motor. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees, the control system may malfunction and the driving torque of the drive motor may not reach the rated value.

2. The impact of machine vibration: It is mainly reflected in the frequent short knife and uneven surface of Polyron machining center. Common reasons are contact with the machine tool during processing, unsatisfactory machine tool installation, and the presence of punches around it.

3. Stability of power supply. This is the most direct impact on the engraving process, which is mainly manifested in the disorder of the control system. Each electronic component and each functional part of the CNC control system has a certain voltage and frequency range. Overload operation of any component will inevitably lead to the instability of the entire system. If there is a processing misalignment, firstly rule out whether the power supply voltage is stable

4. External connection. The wire entry device must have measures to prevent loosening and falling off, and have elastic sealing pads or other sealing measures. The electrical clearance and leakage distance of the junction box should meet the requirements. The grounding terminal should have a grounding mark to keep the connection reliable, and have measures to prevent loosening and rust.

5, the impact of dust: affect the heat dissipation of electronic components of Polyron processing center, the sensitivity of photosensitive elements. Common phenomena include photodetection failures and computer CPU fans not turning on.
