The reason of plasma cutting machine no arc

1. Check cutting nozzle and electrode

The torch nozzle and electrode burn out during the cutting process, which will cause the plasma arc to be unstable. Regular maintenance and repair of the torch nozzle and electrode will be carried out.

2. Check earth line connection

Earth line connection not only affects the cutting quality but also affects the personal safety of the operators.

3. Check air pressure 

If the working pressure is too low, the ejection speed of the plasma arc will be weakened, and a high-energy, high-speed plasma arc cannot be formed, resulting in poor incision quality. If the working pressure is too high, the excessive airflow will disperse the arc energy and weaken the cutting strength of the plasma arc. 

4. Check working voltage

 Because the plasma cutting machine consumes a lot of power when in use, if it is operated with large-scale electrical equipment at the same time, it is very likely that the power supply voltage will be unstable and affect the stability of the plasma arc.
