1. The whole lathe bed is finished with steel structure after welding, the whole is tempered, welding stress is fully eliminated, and the performance is stable. The beam is made of cast aluminum or welded steel tube, with good movement performance. 

2. The vertical and horizontal guide rails adopt Taiwan Hiwin linear square guide, which has high precision and good guidance. The drive rack and gear are customized by the manufacturer, and the surface is carburized and quenched with high precision.

3. Equipped with LCD display, supports multiple languages and easy to operate.

4. The drive system adopt servo drive or stepper drive. Japan Yaskawa/Panasonic AC servo drive or stepper motor drive optional, ensure good running stability.

5. This plasma cutter has a smoke and dust removal device, a ventilation cutting table and a slag storage device to create a good working environment.

6. Equipped with an arc voltage height regulator with high response sensitivity, which automatically adjusts the selected cutting distance to ensure accurate cutting of the workpiece.

7. According to different client's requirements, different plasma power sources optional, there is China brand and Hypertherm brand.
