The specific operation of the plasma cutting machine is mainly the operation of the plasma cutting machine control system. The plasma cutting machine is a CNC controlled plasma cutting machine. The cnc plasma cutting machine mainly includes plasma power supply, plasma torch, rack pinion, control system and torch height controller etc. 

The plasma control system  contains 50 different graphics. If these graphics can meet the client's needs, it can be use directly. During the process, the size can be modified, but the shape cannot be changed. The array can also be changed from one to many, and the angle can be rotated to change the degree. If the graphics in the gallery cannot meet the client's needs, the customer can make the drawing in CAD software and converted by the nesting software, exported G code and save to U-disk, then import the file to the control system. Manually move the X and Y axes, set the start working point, set cutting parameters and press the start button, the machine will work automatically. 

If you encounter problems during the cutting process, such as need to change electrodes or nozzles, water or air alarm etc., you can press the pause button, and the machine will stop working. After solving the problem, press the start button to continue working.
