Attention to wood lathe machine turning

Before use, check the various devices, tools, and fixtures of the wood lathe machine carefully to guarantee flexibility and reliability; the wood workpiece should be clamped and pressed with thimble, and the work should be turned by hand for trial operation. Do not start the machine directly. Only after confirming that the condition is good, can the machine be driven. For the softness and hardness of the wood, select the appropriate feedrate and adjust the speed.

During the turning process, don't check the smoothness of the workpiece by hand in case of any accident; if you want to use sandpaper for sanding, first remove the tool holder and to do it. When the wood lathe turning, you cannot move it by hand.

When square wood is processed, it must be processed into a cylinder, then make milling or grooving. Wood with knots or cracks cannot be processed by wood lathe machine.
